Under this scheme, eligible individual organizations\/institutes will be provided financial assistance for establishing and upgrading their facilities and functions for development and research activities. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Under this mission, a maximum permissible financial assistance of Rs. 10 crores for three years will be provided to institutions\/organizations as a part of the Center of Excellence component.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The main components of the AYURSWASTHYA Yojana\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">AYUSH and Public Health (PHI)- To promote community health care under AYUSH.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Centre of Excellence- Upgradation of facilities and construction of specialized AYUSH medical health units in reputed Allopathic and AYUSH institutions in the Non-Government and Government sectors.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Objectives of the mission<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">To establish specialized AYUSH medical health units both in Government and Non-Government sectors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">To strengthen the competencies of AYUSH professionals in research, education, innovation and technology, it supports innovative and creative proposals to upgrade them.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Works to promote AYUSH at national as well as international levels.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It also supports innovative and creative proposals from organizations with well-established infrastructure and buildings that wish to work for AYUSH.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">What are the different schemes related to the Ministry of AYUSH?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">National AYUSH Mission<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">New Portals on AYUSH Sector<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">AYUSH Entrepreneurship Programme<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">AYUSH Wellness Centers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">ACCR Portal and AYUSH Sanjivani App<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Provisions under the National AYUSH Mission<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The National AYUSH Mission (NAM) will continue till 2026 as a centrally sponsored scheme, as decided by the government. Different provisions provided under this mission are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Co-location of AYUSH facilities at Community Health Centers (CHCs), District Hospitals and Primary Health Centers (PHCs).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Setting up of integrated AYUSH hospitals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cultivation and promotion of Medicinal Plants.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">To strengthen public sector undertaking and state government Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani and Homoeopathy Pharmacies and Drug Testing Laboratories.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Effective work for the upgradation of State Government Educational Institutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Development of AYUSH Hospitals and Dispensaries.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ministry of AYUSH<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">A ministry under the Government of India, the Ministry of AYUSH, is responsible for developing education, propagation and research of traditional medicines in India. AYUSH stands for Ayurveda, Yoga &amp; Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy.
