The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) provides applicants with a single platform and equal national opportunity, especially for applicants from rural and remote areas. Candidates can participate in the admissions process of numerous central universities by passing only one exam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Students wishing to study undergraduate at central universities are required to appear for the CUET Exam, which is mandatory. Student government grades do not affect a student&#8217;s admission to college or program. It is based solely on a student&#8217;s CUET score, but board scores may serve as a minimum eligibility criterion for admission.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Central University Entrance Test (CUET) was earlier known as Central University Common Entrance Test (CUCET). Students will get a single-window opportunity to seek admission to any of the Central Universities across the nation. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Previously, UGC conducted this test in paper mode. However, since last year, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has been in charge. Hosting more universities and institutions today, CUET 2023 has a much greater scope and opportunity.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Eligibility criteria for the exam<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The students willing to do undergraduate courses need to pass class 12th with a minimum of 50% marks for General category students, whereas students of SC\/ST category need to get 45% marks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The students willing to do postgraduate courses must pass their Graduation with a minimum of 55% marks for General category students and 50% for SC\/ST category students.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">D. students need to have a post-graduate degree in any particular field. General category students must score at least 55% marks, and SC\/ST students must score 50%.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Exam syllabus and pattern<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The entrance examination includes different subjects from the academic program of the previous year. The CUET EXAM program for UG courses includes topics from the 11th and 12th study materials.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The CUET 2023 exam template has three sections: Language, Domain, and Common Tests. Additionally, the first section, Languages, has two subsections, and candidates can choose from 13 languages \u200b\u200bfor the first subsection and 20 languages \u200b\u200bfor the second subsection.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The last part of the comprehensive test covers everything from general consciousness to current events, intelligence, and numerical abilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Documents required to apply for the exam are<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Scanned images of signatures and photographs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Category certificate, if it belongs to any particular category<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Internet banking\/debit card details for fee payment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Photo identity includes bank passbook, ration card, Aadhar Card, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Other details to be filled in include- e-mail id, mobile number, date of birth, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">CUET exam dates<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The application for the exam starts on February 9, 2023<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The application ends on March 12, 2023<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The last date for the transaction of the fee is March 12, 2023<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The correction window for the exam application will be open from March 15 to March 18, 2023<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The admit card for the exam will be released on the 2nd week of May 2023<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">CUET exam will take place on May 21, 2023, onwards<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To get admission into all Undergraduate Programs at all Central Universities, the Common University Entrance Test (CUET- UG) is created by the National Testing Agency (NTA) under the Ministry of Education.
