Boiled eggs are added to a regular Indian <em>masala<\/em> curry made using onions, tomatoes and other spices to bring out the best taste. Masala Egg Curry is best enjoyed with Indian breads like homemade <em>roti<\/em> or<em> paratha<\/em>, and can be served in any of the main meals. So let&#8217;s see how to make this delicious curry, with this Masala Egg Curry Recipe.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients needed for <strong>Masala Egg Curry<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>(serves 2)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eggs &#8211; 4<\/li>\n<li>Onion &#8211; 1 cup (cut in small pieces)<\/li>\n<li>Tomato &#8211; 1 cup (cut in small pieces)<\/li>\n<li>Ginger garlic paste &#8211; 2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\n<li><em>Garam masala<\/em> &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Red chili powder &#8211; 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric powder &#8211; 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Coriander powder &#8211; 2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Oil &#8211; 3 tbsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>How to make Masala Egg Curry<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Hard-boil the eggs and remove the shell. Keep aside.<\/li>\n<li>Heat the oil in a pan.
