This time I chose to make Egg Nargisi Kofta using minced mutton covering the hard boiled eggs. This curry is perfect for a winter evening and should be served hot with your choice or Indian bread. Since it is slightly out of usual mutton base curry, it is also a great menu option for a small get together. Egg Nargisi Kofta tastes delicious and will be enjoyed by all. So let&#8217;s see this Egg Nargisi Kofta Recipe and be ready for a second serving.<\/p>\n<p><strong>All you need is (serves 6)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eggs &#8211; 6<\/p>\n<p>Mutton Keema &#8211; 400 gms<\/p>\n<p>Oil for frying<\/p>\n<p><em>For Curry<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Onion &#8211; 2 cups (cut in small pieces)<\/p>\n<p>Tomato &#8211; 1 cup (cut in small pieces)<\/p>\n<p>Salt to taste<\/p>\n<p>Turmeric powder &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/p>\n<p>Red chili powder &#8211; 1 tsp<\/p>\n<p><em>Garam masala<\/em> &#8211; 1 tsp<\/p>\n<p><em>Dhania<\/em> powder &#8211; 2 tsp<\/p>\n<p>Ginger garlic paste &#8211; 2 tbsp<\/p>\n<p>Oil &#8211; 2 tbsp<\/p>\n<p><em>For Keema Mash<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Green chili &#8211; 3 (cut in small pieces)<\/p>\n<p><em>Dhania<\/em> leaves &#8211; 1 cup<\/p>\n<p>Salt to taste<\/p>\n<p><em>Garam masala<\/em> &#8211; 1 tsp<\/p>\n<h2>Egg Nargisi Kofta Recipe<\/h2>\n<p>Preparation time: 15 min.<\/p>\n<p>Cooking time: 25 min.<\/p>\n<p>Boil the eggs and remove the shell.<\/p>\n<p>In a <em>kadhai<\/em> take 2 tbsp oil and fry onions until light golden brown.<\/p>\n<p>Add ginger garlic paste and fry till golden brown.<\/p>\n<p>Add all dry <em>masala<\/em>\u00a0for the curry and fry for about couple of minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add tomatoes with little water and cook for about 3 to 4 min.
