These are absolutely delectable and a full plate just disappears during the day. As the name suggests these are made with wheat flour or <em>atta<\/em> mixed with powdered sugar (<em>boora<\/em>). This recipe has been carried in the family for few known generations and I share this with you today so you too can enjoy these delicious <em>ladoo&#8217;s. <\/em>These are especially good to eat during the winter season as these are rich with <em>ghee<\/em> and dry fruits and the addition of <em>sonth<\/em> powder makes them perfect for the cold weather.\u00a0These can also be served as dessert or as a snack after evening tea or coffee or even in breakfast. So let&#8217;s see how to make these with this Aate Ke Ladoo Recipe.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients needed for\u00a0Aate Ke Ladoo<\/h2>\n<p><strong> (serves 12-15 ladoo )<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Whole wheat flour &#8211; 2 cups<\/li>\n<li><em>Ghee<\/em> &#8211; 1 cup<\/li>\n<li>Powdered sugar &#8211; 2 cups<\/li>\n<li>Crushed dry fruits &#8211; 1 cup ( Almonds, cashew nuts, <em>makhane<\/em> )<\/li>\n<li><em>Gond<\/em> &#8211; 1\\2 cup<\/li>\n<li><em>Sonth<\/em> powder &#8211; 1 tsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to make Aate Ke Laddoo<\/h2>\n<p>Preparation time: 30 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Cooking time: 60 minutes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add ghee in a heavy bottom pan and fry the dry fruits till slightly browned.<\/li>\n<li>Remove and keep aside.<\/li>\n<li>In the same ghee, fry the <em>gond.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Crush the fried <em>gond<\/em> slightly.<\/li>\n<li>Keep aside.<\/li>\n<li>In the same ghee, add the whole wheat flour and fry on slow heat till golden brown.<\/li>\n<li>Add<em> sonth<\/em> powder, fried dry fruits, fried <em>gond<\/em> and powdered sugar.<\/li>\n<li>Mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Make lemon size ladoos using your palms.<\/li>\n<li>Store in an airtight container for up to 15 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aate Ke Ladoo are just loved in my family, whenever visiting grand parents my son always has on his list having these everyday.
