I filled in some radish (<em>mooli<\/em>) in these <em>parathas<\/em> to make Makki Mooli Paratha, these were so delicious that it is just impossible to stop eating them. These go best with some <em>dahi<\/em> and raw onion with some jaggery (<em>gud<\/em>) on the side, and can be served during the lunch or dinner. Since you don&#8217;t need a curry on the side, it is fairly easy to get away with these at meal times, once you have the dough ready, you can have your family on the table while you turn out delicious hot <em>parathas<\/em>. This is the right time of the year to enjoy these so why not use this recipe to make mouth watering\u00a0<em>parathas<\/em> at home. Here is Makki Mooli Paratha Recipe, bookmark it and make sure you use it at least few times in this season.<\/p>\n<p><strong>All you need is (serves 4)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Makki Aata &#8211; 2 cup<\/p>\n<p>Mooli &#8211; 2 cup (shredded)<\/p>\n<p>Green Chili &#8211; 1 (cut in small pieces)<\/p>\n<p>Salt to taste<\/p>\n<p>Ginger paste &#8211; 1tsp<\/p>\n<p>Oil for frying<\/p>\n<h2>Makki Mooli Paratha Recipe<\/h2>\n<p>Preparation time: 15 min.<\/p>\n<p>Cooking time: 10 min.<\/p>\n<p>Mix the <em>mooli<\/em>, green chili, ginger paste with<em> Makki\u00a0aata<\/em> and knead a soft dough (use water as needed).<\/p>\n<p>Make small lemon size balls from the dough and make it into a <em>paratha<\/em> shape using your hands.<\/p>\n<p>Heat <em>tava<\/em> and roast the <em>paratha<\/em> using little oil on both sides until golden brown.<\/p>\n<p>Serve hot with <em>dahi<\/em> and jaggery (<em>gud<\/em>).
