The recipe is fairly simple and you can use your favorite vegetables in the preparation. So let&#8217;s see the Sabzi Ki Kadhi Recipe, serve it hot and make any day a special day.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients needed for\u00a0Sabzi Ki Kadhi<\/h2>\n<p><strong> (serves 4)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oil &#8211; 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Mustard seeds &#8211; 1tsp<\/li>\n<li>Zeera seeds &#8211; 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Heeng &#8211; 1\/4 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Curry leaves &#8211; 1 sprig<\/li>\n<li>Dry red chili &#8211; 4 to 5<\/li>\n<li>Onion &#8211; 1 cup (cut in slices)<\/li>\n<li>Vegetables &#8211; 3 cup chopped (I used <em>bhindi, gobhi, matar, corn<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li><em>Besan<\/em> &#8211; 1\/4 cup<\/li>\n<li>Sour <em>dahi<\/em> &#8211; 1 cup (home made dahi can be made sour by keeping it in the open overnight)<\/li>\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric powder &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Rec chili powder &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to make Sabzi Ki Kadhi<\/h2>\n<p>Preparation time: 15 min.<\/p>\n<p>Cooking time: 30 min.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, <em>zeera<\/em> seeds and <em>heeng<\/em> and let it splatter.<\/li>\n<li>Add curry leaves and dry red chili, onion and fry for a 1-2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add all the cut vegetables and fry for a 3-4 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Mix <em>besan<\/em> with sour <em>dahi<\/em> in a separate pan and add to the above pan with 4 to 5 cups of water.<\/li>\n<li>Add salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Bring it to a boil and then cook on low heat for about 15 min.<\/li>\n<li>Serve hot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sabzi Ki Kadhi has been made in my home for a long time and the recipe passed on for generations, it is made by adding the vegetables to besan and sour dahi.\u00a0The kadhi goes well with white rice or roti\u00a0and is slightly out of ordinary so would be loved whenever it is made.
