It may or may not sound interesting, I too had similar doubts before making it, however once I made it, there is no stopping to finish it quickly. The daily use cauliflower (<em>gobhi<\/em>) is grated and boiled with milk with added sweeteners to make this <em>kheer<\/em>. It is a great versatile option for a dessert in your party menu, and since it uses half of the flower, the rest could be used for any main course vegetable, so that&#8217;s like &#8220;<em>ek panth do kaaj&#8221;<\/em>.
