As is apparent this is made with <em>makki ka aata<\/em>, kneaded soft and then roasted over a <em>tava<\/em> and then directly over the flame. It takes a bit longer to cook this <em>roti<\/em> than a regular wheat\u00a0<em>roti<\/em>\u00a0but the extra time is just worth it. Serve it with some white butter brushed on the top and the taste multi-folds. Let&#8217;s see this Makki Ki Roti Recipe and enjoy it with a nice <em>saag<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>All you need is (serves 4)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Makki ka aata<\/em> &#8211; 3 cup<\/p>\n<p>Salt &#8211; 1 tsp<\/p>\n<p>Vegetable oil &#8211; 1\/4 cup<\/p>\n<p>Warm water to knead the dough<\/p>\n<p>White butter &#8211; 1 tbsp for brushing<\/p>\n<h2>Makki Ki Roti Recipe<\/h2>\n<p>Preparation time: 10 min.<\/p>\n<p>Cooking time: 30 min.<\/p>\n<p>Mix <em>makki ka atta<\/em> with salt and oil nicely with your finger tips.<\/p>\n<p>Knead a soft dough using warm water.
