I vividly remember the first time I tried Pineapple Raita in a restaurant and instantly fell in love with this great accompaniment. Enjoy!<\/p>\n<p><strong>All you need is (serves 4)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pineapple &#8211; 1 (small size)<\/li>\n<li>Pineapple juice &#8211; 1\/4 cup<\/li>\n<li><em>Dahi<\/em> &#8211; 500 gms<\/li>\n<li>Sugar &#8211; 3 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Black salt &#8211; 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Red chili powder &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Roasted cumin powder &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pineapple Raita Recipe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Preparation time: 10 min.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Cooking time: 5 min.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Peel and cut the pineapple into very small pieces.
