Let&#8217;s see Imli Ki Saunth Recipe and enjoy the great flavor.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients needed for\u00a0Imli Ki Saunth<\/h2>\n<p><strong> (makes about 1 kg)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Imli<\/em> &#8211; 250 gms<\/li>\n<li><em>Gud<\/em> (jaggery) &#8211; 250 gms<\/li>\n<li>Sugar &#8211; 1\/4 cup<\/li>\n<li>Black salt &#8211; 2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Roasted cumin powder &#8211; 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Red chili powder &#8211; 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Water &#8211; 6 cup<\/li>\n<li>Kishmish &#8211; 1\/4 cup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to make Imli Ki Saunth Recipe<\/h2>\n<p>Preparation time: 5 min.<\/p>\n<p>Cooking time: 45 min.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Boil the water and soak <em>imli<\/em> in it for about 1 hour.<\/li>\n<li>Using your hands mash the <em>imli<\/em> in water.<\/li>\n<li>Strain the mixture using a soup strainer, try to extract as much extract from the tamarind (<em>imli<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>Add all other ingredients, mix and boil for about 25-30 min.<\/li>\n<li>Store in an air tight container in a fridge and serve as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have talked about using Imli Ki Saunth or tamarind chutney to garnish in many other recipes.
