These can be made with many different fillings like <em>aaloo, pyaaz<\/em>, <em>gobhi, paneer<\/em>, <em>mirchi<\/em> and more. These <em>pakodis<\/em> are made with a <em>besan<\/em> (gram flour) batter with some added spices, and then deep fried. Today I made Pyaaz Ki Pakodi and it went just too well with a homemade green coriander and mint chutney. These <em>pakodis<\/em> can be made any day of your liking and served as a snack in the evening or morning breakfast, they would be enjoyed by all. The best taste comes when these are hot and fresh. So whenever you are in a mood to make some <em>pakodis<\/em> use this Pyaaz Ki Pakodi Recipe and enjoy with friends and family.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients needed for\u00a0Pyaaz Ki Pakodi<\/h2>\n<p><strong>(serves 4)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Onion: 3-4 (cut into thin slices)<\/li>\n<li>Oil for frying<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>For Batter<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Besan<\/em> &#8211; 2 cup<\/li>\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\n<li><em>Ajwain<\/em> &#8211; 1\/4 tsp<\/li>\n<li><em>Chaat masala<\/em> &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Green chili &#8211; 1 tsp (chopped)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>How to make Pyaaz Ki Pakodi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em>Preparation time: 10 min.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Cooking time: 20 min.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add <em>besan<\/em>, salt, <em>ajwain, chaat masala<\/em> and green chili to water to make a batter of medium consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Add sliced onions and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in a <em>kadhai<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Pick a few sliced onions covered with batter and drop them into the hot oil.
