This was prepared and served to farmers or workers for a long sunny day to keep them hydrated and protected, it is in fact the best drink for the Indian summer.\u00a0It is made with whisked <em>dahi<\/em> and a number of additions to give a different taste. Nowadays in the market we find additions like mango, <em>masala<\/em> and many more. It can be made sweet or salted in taste up to the individual preference. Today I made a salted version in Masala Lassi and just relished a great taste, it just rejuvenates you and gets you ready for task ahead. It goes equally well with adults and kids pretty much any time of the day. You can skip using green chili if you don&#8217;t want it.
