In this context the breads mean the various roti’s made with different grains etc. We can talk about regular wheat roti, bajra roti, naan made from maida, missi roti made from besan (gram flour) and many more. In so many articles we talk about serving the curries with any Indian bread, so today I show you how to make one of these. I picked up Missi Roti today and made it myself at home. This roti brings out the taste of gram flour and is very different to your daily roti. It has the quality to enhance the taste of any curry you serve it with and goes well with both non-vegetarian and vegetarian.
