Just for this love of <em>paneer<\/em> specially in the North India, once again I&#8217;m back with another of the main course preparation from this called Kaju Malai Paneer. All these three ingredients make the gravy look and taste rich and its a perfect recipe when you are entertaining some guests at home. The gravy goes well with any of the Indian breads and would be loved by all. You can make this special recipe with this Kaju Malai Paneer Recipe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>All you need is (serves 4)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Paneer<\/em>\u00a0&#8211; 3 cup (cut into cubes)<\/p>\n<p>Kaju &#8211; 1 cup<\/p>\n<p>Onion &#8211; 2 cup (cut in small pieces)<\/p>\n<p>Ginger garlic paste &#8211; 3 tsp<\/p>\n<p>Green chili &#8211; 1 tsp (cut in small pieces)<\/p>\n<p>Tomato &#8211; 1 &amp; 1\/2 cup (cut in small pieces)<\/p>\n<p>Salt to taste<\/p>\n<p>Red chili powder &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/p>\n<p>Turmeric powder &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/p>\n<p>Coriander powder &#8211; 1 tsp<\/p>\n<p><em>Garam masala<\/em> &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/p>\n<p>Fresh <em>dahi<\/em> &#8211; 1 cup (whisked)<\/p>\n<p>Malai &#8211; 1 cup (whisked)<\/p>\n<p>Butter -2 tsp<\/p>\n<p>Oil to shallow fry<\/p>\n<p>Green coriander to garnish<\/p>\n<h2>Kaju Malai Paneer Recipe<\/h2>\n<p>Preparation time: 10 min.<\/p>\n<p>Cooking time: 20 min.<\/p>\n<p>Shallow fry the <em>kaju<\/em> and keep aside.<\/p>\n<p>Shallow fry the <em>paneer<\/em> and keep aside.<\/p>\n<p>Heat butter in a pan, fry onions till golden brown.<\/p>\n<p>Add green chilies, ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.<\/p>\n<p>Add tomatoes and fry till the oil leaves the sides.<\/p>\n<p>Blend this into a smooth paste and transfer back to the same pan.<\/p>\n<p>Add all dry <em>masala<\/em> and saute for 3-4 min.<\/p>\n<p>Add <em>dahi, malai<\/em> and little water and cook with constant stirring for about a min.<\/p>\n<p>Add <em>kaju, paneer<\/em> and cook for 2-3 min.<\/p>\n<p>Garnish with green coriander.<\/p>\n<p>Serve hot.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is very hard to think an Indian buffet spread without using paneer as an ingredient in one of the curries.
