Love vs Money- This is perhaps the most complex battle of all times! Love and Money are two inseparable notions that give meaning to our lives. Try imagining living without either of them and you would fumble at the very first thought. Director Nupur Asthana\u2019s Bewakoofiyaan <\/i>tries to sort it out for you! A simple yet fairly textured venture, it is a light-hearted take on the importance of love and money in our lives.<\/p>\n

Plot<\/b>:<\/b> A perfectly bonded couple goes through a bumpy ride when the man loses his job over-night. This scabrous phase in their life eventually makes them realize their inevitable priorities.<\/p>\n

Performances<\/b>:<\/b> \u00a0<\/b>Ayushmann Khurana \u00a0is a promising entry in bollywood . Despite of being a couple of films old, he possesses tremendous confidence and bewitching charm to impress the audience.<\/p>\n

Sonam Kapoor is the typically sumptuous chic of bollywood and it very much reflects in the kind of roles she chooses for herself. Cleaarly, she likes the comfort that these roles bring to her despite of the limitations attached. I have never been fond of her acting skills and I still stick to my opinion!<\/p>\n

The most delighting aspect of the film is the presence of Rishi Kapoor as an apprehensive father. This man has a magical aura that even the contemporaries can\u2019t match up with. \u00a0This is yet another stellar performance by Rishi Kapoor.<\/p>\n

Music<\/b>:\u00a0<\/b>Composed by Raghu Dixit, the album of Bewakoofiyaan features six tracks all together. Sadly, the album turns out to be extremely weak and uninteresting. Not even a single track is worth paying attention to. The compositions are a complete lackluster and good to be ignored.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s Good<\/b>:\u00a0<\/b>There is a consistency in the subtle humor in the film that makes you stick till the end. The story is light-hearted and quite relatable.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s Bad<\/b>: <\/b>\u00a0<\/b>A bland screenplay, a drowsy music score and the lifeless chemistry between the leading pair.<\/p>\n

Despite of lacking any exceptionality that could draw you towards the film, Bewakoofiyaan somehow makes for a decent watch this week. It may not go out of the way to keep you laughing but it will definitely keep you entertained throughout. If not for Sonam Kapoor\u2019s bikini cameo, you can definitely watch it for Rishi Kapoor\u2019s scintillating performance and Ayushmann\u2019s heart-melting cuteness!<\/p>\n

Verdict<\/b>: <\/b>\u00a0<\/b>It would really not be a bewakoofy to watch this one!<\/p>\n
