It is made from <em>besan<\/em> in many different varieties and served with <em>roti<\/em> or rice. Many people add <em>pakora<\/em> to the preparation, while some people use vegetables. At our home <em>kadhi pakora<\/em> used to be a weekly affair for us and as kids and we used to look forward to <em>kadhi chawal<\/em> in our lunches. Being the mango season, I added them to my preparation to make Aam Ki Kadhi. I got a wonderful sweet and tangy taste which went very well with rice. Just temper with right amount of chilies and enjoy a perfect flavor or this <em>kadhi<\/em> at home.
