This is definitely true with this Darbari Chicken as it uses bountiful of almonds and fresh cream in the preparation along with some <em>kasoori methi<\/em>. Keep aside.<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry till golden brown.<\/li>\n<li>Add ginger and garlic and fry for another min.<\/li>\n<li>Add chicken and cook on high heat for 3 to 4 min.<\/li>\n<li>Add curd, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and almond paste, cover and cook till chicken is done.<\/li>\n<li>Add<em> kasoori methi<\/em> and cream and cook for another min.<\/li>\n<li>Garnish with coriander leaves if you like.<\/li>\n<li>Serve hot with your choice of bread.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Darbar in Hindi refers to the king&#8217;s court and signifies the prime importance.
