You might have tried different ones from the market mostly filled with <em>aaloo<\/em> or <em>pyaaz<\/em>, what if we fill something special in these <em>kachoris<\/em> too? That&#8217;s why I made these Mava Kachori. Coming straight from Rajasthan, these are absolutely perfect for your special breakfast and do wonders to your table spread. It&#8217;s hard to\u00a0keep away from these delicious <em>kachoris<\/em> filled with <em>khoya<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0dry fruits.\u00a0So here is Mava Kachori Recipe for you. Enjoy the festivities.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ingredients needed to make Mava Kachori(makes 6 to 8 <em>kachoris<\/em>)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em>For the dough<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Maida<\/em> &#8211; 1 cup<\/li>\n<li><em>Desi ghee<\/em> &#8211; 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>For the filling<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Khoya<\/em> &#8211; 100 gms<\/li>\n<li>Cardamom powder &#8211; 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Sugar &#8211; 1\/2 cup<\/li>\n<li>Dry fruits &#8211; 2 tbsp (I used almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios) (chopped)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>For the sugar coating<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sugar &#8211; 1\/2 cup<\/li>\n<li>Water &#8211; 1\/2 cup<\/li>\n<li>Cardamom powder &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li><em>Desi ghee<\/em> for frying<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_33647\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-33647\" style=\"width: 665px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mapsofindia.com\/my-india\/food\/mava-kachori\/attachment\/mava-kachori-key-ingredients\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-33647\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-33647 size-my-custom-thumb\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mapsofindia.com\/ci-moi-images\/my-india\/2014\/09\/Mava-Kachori-Key-Ingredients-665x414.jpg\" alt=\"Mava Kachori - Key Ingredients\" width=\"665\" height=\"414\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mapsofindia.com\/ci-moi-images\/my-india\/2014\/09\/Mava-Kachori-Key-Ingredients-665x414.jpg 665w, https:\/\/www.mapsofindia.com\/ci-moi-images\/my-india\/2014\/09\/Mava-Kachori-Key-Ingredients-300x186.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.mapsofindia.com\/ci-moi-images\/my-india\/2014\/09\/Mava-Kachori-Key-Ingredients.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 665px) 100vw, 665px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-33647\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Mava Kachori Ingredients<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>How to make Mava Kachori<\/h2>\n<p>Preparation time: 20 min.<\/p>\n<p>Making time: 40 min.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Powder 1\/2 cup sugar and keep aside.<\/li>\n<li>Mix <em>maida<\/em> and <em>desi ghee<\/em> with a little water and knead into a soft dough and keep aside.<\/li>\n<li>Heat and fry <em>khoya<\/em> in a <em>kadhai<\/em> until it is slightly brown.<\/li>\n<li>Let it cool and then add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruits. Keep the filling aside.<\/li>\n<li>Mix 1\/2 cup sugar with 1\/2 cup water and cardamom powder and mix to get single string consistency.
