Nautanki\u00a0Saala! That’s one thing that strikes your mind after watching an absurd and predictable\u00a0nautanki\u00a0that stretches on for far too long. After setting your hopes and expectations high with the comical trailers and melodious songs,\u00a0Rohan\u00a0Sippy\u00a0doesn’t really impress the audience An official remake of a French movie,\u00a0Apr\u00e8s\u00a0Vous,\u00a0Nautanki\u00a0Saala\u00a0is not one of those\u00a0buffooneries\u00a0that will give you a hard laugh, but still tweak your sensibilities. It proves that comedy flicks can be made hilarious even without those cheap antics.<\/p>\n

A T-Series and\u00a0Rohan\u00a0Sippy\u00a0production,\u00a0Nautanki\u00a0Saala\u00a0introduces us to Ram\u00a0Parmar (RP)\u00a0, a theatre actor and director and\u00a0Mandar\u00a0Lele, a depressed loner, whom he befriends accidentally. Ram being the good soul does everything for his friend to bring him back to life. What follows is a\u00a0hilarious\u00a0comedy that is a result of the efforts Ram makes for his friend. The story is essentially about the bond of friendship RP and\u00a0Mandar\u00a0share.<\/p>\n

Ayushmann\u00a0Khurana, the heartthrob of many young hearts, is absolutely flawless in the movie. He looks amazingly hot and dashing, all set to make your heart skip a beat. He is one actor with extraordinary talent.\u00a0Kunal\u00a0Roy\u00a0Kapoor, also seen in Delhi Belly, is an effortlessly hilarious actor. He is super good in making you laugh, just by his facial expressions. Both the actors are phenomenal in their comic timings. In fact, they are the USP of the movie.\u00a0Pooja\u00a0Salvi, a known face of \u00a0TV commercials and\u00a0Gaelyn\u00a0Mendonca, an MTV VJ, make their\u00a0Bollywood\u00a0debut with the film.\u00a0Evlyn\u00a0Sharma, the pretty face in the movie, is done away with a short role.<\/p>\n

The first half of the movie, which is funny and full of humor, will serve you a good time. But the second half will surely give you a hard time. It is unnecessarily stretched and slogs hard testing your patience. The problem with the movie is that it\u2019s good only at some points. It is a goofy kind of a comedy with subtle humor. Despite having a good potential, the script ends up being slow. One of the positive points of the movie are the songs, which have already held a good position on the charts. \u201cSadi\u00a0Gali\u201d by\u00a0Ayushmann\u00a0himself and \u201cMera\u00a0mann\u201d by\u00a0Falak\u00a0Shabbir\u00a0are big hits. The \u201cDhak\u00a0Dhak\u201d revised version is one number which will surely make you groove. To conclude, the movie is a one time watch. Go for it to kill time if you have nothing much to do this weekend!<\/p>\n
