There are lots of options to choose from:\u00a0<em>panipuri<\/em>\/<em> golgappe<\/em>, <em>dahi bhalle<\/em>, <em>tikki chaat<\/em>, <em>paapdi chaat<\/em> and so many more. <em>Paapdi chaat<\/em> is my personal favorite. I love the crunchy, the sweet, the sour and the hot &#8211; all the flavors combined in a single dish. It is fairly easy to make as well and you can easily replicate the taste of your favorite <em>chaat waala<\/em> at home. Ready-made <em>paapdis<\/em> are very easily available in the market and it takes just a few minutes to assemble this delicious <em>chaat<\/em>. It is also a good option when you have guests at home. Just keep all the ingredients ready and assemble when you are ready to eat. So, go ahead and make a platter for your evening snack. Here is the recipe.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients needed for\u00a0Paapdi Chaat<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Dry <em>paapdi<\/em> &#8211; 20-25<\/li>\n<li>Curd &#8211; 1 cup (whisked)<\/li>\n<li>Sweet chutney &#8211; 3 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Coriander chutney &#8211; 3 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Boiled potato &#8211; 1 (cubed)<\/li>\n<li>Onion &#8211; 1\\2 cup (finely chopped)<\/li>\n<li><em>Sev<\/em> &#8211; 1\\4 cup<\/li>\n<li>Fresh coriander &#8211; 2 tbsp (chopped)<\/li>\n<li>Green chili &#8211; 1 \u00a0 (chopped)<\/li>\n<li>Pomegranate seeds &#8211; 1\\4 cup<\/li>\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\n<li>Red chili powder<\/li>\n<li>Roasted cumin powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to make Paapdi Chaat<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Arrange the <em>paapdi<\/em> in a platter.<\/li>\n<li>Top them with boiled potatoes and chopped onion.<\/li>\n<li>Add whisked, smooth curd on top generously.<\/li>\n<li>Add the green coriander chutney and sweet chutney.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle salt, roasted cumin powder and red chili powder.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle <em>sev<\/em> on top and garnish with fresh coriander, green chili and pomegranate seeds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tips<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make the <em>paapdi chaat<\/em> only when ready to eat, otherwise it will become soggy and not taste well.<\/li>\n<li>Use chilled curd rather than that at room temperature.<\/li>\n<li>You can adjust all the ingredients according to your taste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Related Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mapsofindia.com\/my-india\/food\/pani-poori\">Pani Puri<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chaat is an Indian favorite and it&#8217;s the first thing that comes to mind when we think of our evening snacks.
