This drink is not only a delight to taste but is also packed with nutrients. Almonds are very good for health and brain development. Saffron also has a lot of beneficial effects on the body. So drink a glass full of <em>badam<\/em> milk in the morning and keep yourself \u00a0and your family healthy. During the summers, you can drink it chilled and when are winters are around, you can sip on hot <em>badam<\/em> milk.
