This Indian <em>chaat<\/em> is famous all over India and is a fairly light and low-fat snack. It&#8217;s easy to find <em>bhel puri<\/em> right from the road-side stalls to sea beach vendors to food courts in various big malls and offices to food counters in Indian weddings to big hotel buffet menus. This says a lot about how much it is loved by Indians across cultures. It\u2019s also one of the quickest snacks to prepare and should be made just when you are ready to eat. There are many variations you can make to add or modify your own ingredients to have your very own <em>bhel puri<\/em>. Here, I give you one such variation which I have been making for years and is just loved by my family and friends. I&#8217;m sure you would love it too.
