There are plans being made to increase the capacity of the airport to manage a\u00a0 million passengers by 2030.<\/span><\/p>\n

The airport served more than 18 million passengers in 2022 with over 148,041 aircraft movements a day. It is the 29th busiest airport. This airport is the first fully solar-powered airport in the Karnataka state developed by CleanMax Solar.<\/span><\/p>\n
