Forbes India has released its list of richest Indian celebrities for the year 2018 after which it appears that celebrities apart from name have gained a lot of fame this year. The Forbes India Celebrity list is based on the estimates of entertainment-related earnings of the celebrities. It appears that the year 2018 was a lucrative one with cumulative earnings of Rs. 3,140.25 crores. Compared to last year, the figure was 17 per cent lower at Rs. 2.683 crores. The list consists of celebrities from all fields like films, TV, literature, music, and sports. The period ranging from October 1, 2017, to September 30, 2018, has been considered while making this list.<\/p>\n

Salman Khan, the Bhaijaan of Bollywood has emerged as the richest celebrity in the Forbes list for the third time in a row. The superstar has delivered several blockbusters and possesses a huge fan following. The 52-year-old actor has earnings amounting to Rs. 253.25 crore this year because of his two films \u2013 Tiger Zinda Hai and Race 3, multiple brand endorsements and several television appearances.<\/p>\n
