Well, this time, we have picked some youngsters who have made groundbreaking inventions at an incredibly young age.<\/p>\n

Sahithi Pingali\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sahithi Pingali, a 16-year-old girl from Bengaluru, developed an app for cleaning the lakes in 2017. Sahithi collected the data of the polluted lakes of Bengaluru through her mobile app. Through the invention of her app, she was able to participate in the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) which is one of the most prestigious pre-college-level science competitions in the world. Sahithi became one of the 2,000 finalists in the competition for her research paper. Her innovative invention was renowned all over the world. Even the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) decided to name a planet after her in the Milky Way Galaxy.

Rifath Sharook<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nOn June 22, 2017, 18-year-old Rifath Sharook, hailing from Tamil Nadu, with the help of NASA launched the world’s lightest and smallest satellite. Rifath and his team designed the satellite which weighed merely 64 grams. Named after the former President of India A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, KalamSat is completely designed from scratch. Sharook’s satellite got selected by NASA after beating more than 80,000 contestants. It was the first time that an Indian student’s experiment was operated by NASA.

Akash Manoj<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nHailing from Tamil Nadu, Akash Manoj is one of the youngest cardiology researcher and inventor. Manoj was only 15 years old when he invented a skin patch which can detect a silent heart attack. His invention can detect the silent heart attack six hours before it takes place. The skin patch can be attached to the wrist or to ear. It works by releasing a positive impulse which will be attracting the negatively charged protein that is released by the heart for signalling the heart attack. The research and innovation of Manoj regarding the heart attack and cardiac problems have received clinical validation from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi; Tokyo University of Science and also London’s Royal Society of Medicine. Manoj’s invention is a revolution in heart and healthcare.

Siddharth Mandala<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Siddharth-Mandala\"<\/a>
\nSiddharth Mandala is a 17-year old boy who invented a unique \u201cElectroshoe\u201d for women. Hailing from Telangana, Mandala has invented a unique rape-prevention footwear. This device can electrocute the perpetrator instantly and also send an alert at the same time for the assistance of cops. Family members will also be informed at the same time through this device. This distinctive invention of Siddharth was recognised by Empower & Excel, a USA-based organisation. The organisation has even offered Siddharth to be a part of their Indian Youth Wing as a team leader.

Akrit Jaswal<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nAkrit Jaiswal is a child prodigy who was just 7 years old when he performed surgery for the first time in his life. He successfully operated the hands of an 8-year-old burn victim. Akrit possessed an IQ of 146 at 13 years of age. It was the highest in India. At the age of 12, Akrit enrolled himself at Chandigarh University for pursuing graduation in science. This youngster was also featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show as a \u201clittle genius\u201d. This medical marvel is currently focusing on finding a cure for cancer. Akrit completed his MBBS at the age of 17 and is currently practising medicine.

Angad Daryani<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nAngad Daryani is a young entrepreneur from Mumbai. He dropped out of school at an early age and chose to be homeschooled. This teenager created Sharkbot, an affordable and sturdy 3D printer. His main purpose was to help everyone to access technology. Not only this, at the age of 8, Angad made a solar boat. Later at 15 years of age, he also built an E-Reader for the blind. Angad was also featured on TED.<\/p>\n
