At a number of polling booths, the voting has been halted as a result of failures in the EVM machines. The polling is yet to begin at some booths in Bhopal. This phase is scheduled for May 12, 2019. This time round, 59 parliamentary constituencies across 6 States and 1 Union Territory will participate in the polling.<\/p>\n<p>All the parliamentary constituencies in the national capital city of Delhi, and the neighbouring state of Haryana, will go to polls in this phase.
