What we Indians love to do is to Indianize food in our desi style and create a stylish fusion and how we end up falling in love with such fusion food.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">We all know about Gujaratis&#8217; favourite <em>khakhra<\/em>, but here is an exciting way to make pizza out of this desi food.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">-1 whole wheat <em>khakhra<\/em> (approx 8&#8243; diameter)<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">For the Topping:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; 1 tsp green chutney<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; 1 tsp ketchup<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; 1 tsp Schezwan chutney<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; finely chopped onions<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; finely chopped capsicum<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; finely chopped tomato<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; Masala Peanut (<em>dabeli<\/em> s<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">ing dana)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; Masala chana daal<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; Sadi Namkeen (yellow <em>khaman sev<\/em>)<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Method to Prepare Khakhra Pizza:<\/span><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; On <em>khakhra<\/em> put 1 tsp green chutney, 1 tsp Schezwan chutney, 1 tsp ketchup (Mix finely)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; Sprinkle onion, tomato and capsicum on the <em>khakhra<\/em><\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; Sprinkle Masala peanut<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; Sprinkle <em>chana dal<\/em><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; Sprinkle yellow <em>khaman sev<\/em><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; With cheese, you can add mozzarella cheese (optional)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; Bake for 4 mins in the microwave<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; For garnish, sprinkle chopped coriander on the <em>khakhra<\/em> after cutting it in 6 pcs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Relish it with your family.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We all love to experiment with food and try something new.
