The first look of Gangubai Kathiawadi<\/em> is out.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, Alia Bhatt has released two posters of the film from her Instagram handle, captioning \u201cHere she is, Gangubai Kathiawadi\u201d.<\/p>\n

In the first poster, she looks the younger version of Gangubai \u2013 with hair tied in braids in two sides with ribbons, donned in a blouse and an underskirt with a big red bindi, accessorised in a gun by her side \u2013 which gives a hint of the life of Gangubai who was a sex worker and later became an underworld don in Mumbai.<\/p>\n

In the second poster which was posted by the actor the same day, she is striking as the mature guise of the character with kohl loaded eyes, a big choker and the red bindi remains the common factor in both the posters.<\/p>\n

Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Ajay Devgan and Vijay Raaz will be seen with Bhatt in the film as well.<\/p>\n

The film was originally scheduled for release on September 11, 2020. However, due to the lockdown, the release of the film stands cancelled. In fact, it has been reported that the set has been demolished due to the high payment for the set maintenance.<\/p>\n

Another film has been announced today – Go Goa Gone 2<\/em> by Dinesh Vijan which is confirmed by the producer himself. The film is scheduled for March 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
