Many middle-class parents in Delhi have started to re-enrol their children back from pricey private schools to public schools.

This has improved the image of AAP as well as Manish Sisodia significantly and is likely to have a significant effect on the voting pattern of the electorates, especially from the middle-class and lower-income beneficiaries of the Education First Policy.

Local issues of the constituency (such as availability of the basic amenities including clean drinking water, “pucca” houses for slum dwellers, health facilities in the government hospitals, etc.) will mainly affect the voting patterns. Certain slum and low-income group areas are allegedly getting unclean water supply.

The issues of law and order, the safety of women, and other basic civic amenities will also play an important role in the Patparganj constituency of the 2020 Delhi assembly election.
