Bus falls Location: Gobind Sagar Lake in Himachal Pradesh
About 30 people are feared dead as a bus plunged in the Gobind Sagar reservoir near Bilaspur in Himachal Pradesh. As per media reports, the 40-seater bus was overloaded and few people were also traveling on the roof. Reportedly, the bus belongs to a private transportation company and the definite number of people traveling in the bus is not yet clear. Ajay Sharma, Deputy Commissioner of Bilaspur said the search operation is on full swing to rescue people and Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB) has been called to bring out the bodies. As reported, when the incident took place, few people jumped off the bus and have been taken to a nearby hospital.
