Train and Bus Collision kills children in UP |

About 6 children were killed and many injured after a collision between a speeding train and a school van in Mau district, near Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh. According to media reports, the accident happened when the school van was trying to cross the 6P unmapped railway crossing between the railway stations of Mau and Khurahat, and collided with a passenger train, 55135 Azamgarh-Varanasi. As per media reports more than 15 children got seriously injured in the incident and were rushed to the district hospital. Reportedly, Manoj Sinha, Minister of state for railway is likely to visit Mau.
