Christmas is a season for celebration and no celebration is complete without a cake, one of the most sought after cake in this context is Christmas Plum Cake. However as the name suggests this cake does not use plums as the ingredient, well Christmas is any way not the season for plums, what we add in this cake is a lot of soaked dry fruits.
