Cyclone ‘Nada’ to Hit East Coast of India

Cyclone Nada, which is weakening, is expected to make landfall early Friday near Cuddalore. The cyclone is heading towards Puducherry and Tamil Nadu and is currently located approximately 350 km from Chennai, the capital of Tamil Nadu. According to the Met office, Cyclone Nada may have downgraded to a deep depression, which is a mark below a cyclone.


During the day and tomorrow, Chennai and other parts of coastal Tamil Nadu may experience heavy rain
