Chhattisgarh’s Sukma Attack: 24 CRPF Jawans Killed in Encounter with Naxals
As per reports, around 24 CRPF personnel died and six other were critically injured in an attack by Naxals in Chhattisgarh’s Sukma district on Monday.
The CRPF personnel are from 74th battalion. They were deployed in the area for anti-naxals operations.
The attack took place between Burkapal and Chintagufa area in south Bastar, around 12.25pm.
Reports also say that the Naxals looted all the weapons, wireless and other belongings of the slain jawans.
