All you need is (serves 2)
- Cucumber – 1 (peeled and cut into small pieces)
- Musk melon – 1 (de-seeded, peeled and cut into cubes)
- Yogurt – 1 cup
- Sugar – 2 tsp
- Ice cubes
Cucumber And Melon Smoothie Recipe
- Put melon and cucumber in a blender and blend to make a smooth paste.
- Add yogurt and sugar and blend well.
- Pour in glasses.
- Add ice cubes if you want.
- Serve chilled.
You can garnish the drink with melon balls threaded in a toothpick. Just scoop the flesh of the melon with a small scoop and put the balls in a small tooth pick. Keep the toothpick with the melon balls in the glass.
