Here is another such recipe for you to create a refreshing ginger mint cooler which can be made using the ingredients available in any kitchen. Ginger mint cooler combines the refreshing nature of mint leaves with the amazing sweet taste of honey and benefits of ginger in one single mock tail drink. The drink has just the right sweetness and you can easily see the taste buds identify each ingredient used which is the sign of a good drink and obviously the drink maker. Impress your guests with a fresh home-made ginger mint cooler.

All you need is

Ginger – 1-inch pieces

Honey – 1 tsp

Mint leaves – 3 to 4

Squeezed Lemon Juice – 1/2 lemon

Cold soda – 200ml

Ginger Mint Cooler Recipe

Wash and peel the ginger piece and grate it.

Squeeze the grated ginger to take out the juice.

Add the juice in the serving glass. Add honey and lemon juice.

Tear the mint leaves with hand and add them to the glass.

When you are ready to serve, top the glass with cold club soda.

Decorate with a lemon slice and serve immediately.
