Mango Smoothie Recipe
Very soon the king of fruits, the mango, would go out of season. However, it is still available in the market in abundance. I have loved mangoes since my childhood and I am sure that you do too. I am always on a lookout to create something with the mangoes as, in the season, I just can’t stay without my daily dose of mangoes. So, this time making full use of the opportunity I made a delicious and different smoothie drink for today. Mango smoothie is created by blending mangoes with curd (dahi) and honey. Both curd and honey are considered to give health benefits, so this combination is a powerful combo of a good healthy drink and taste. The drink can be had at breakfast or served as a dessert or just a snack in between. Smoothies are liked by one and all and is a sure shot way to win hearts. The drink was appreciated by everyone and once again it was proved that some times very simple recipes can create wonders. It really takes no time to create this drink and the ingredients are available in most Indian homes. - Mango – 1
- Curd – 1/2 litre
- Honey – 2 tbsp
How to make Mango Smoothie
- Wash and peel the mango and take out all the pulp.
- Blend to make a smooth paste.
- Add curd and honey and blend again to mix well.
- Serve mango smoothie immediately
