Both curd and honey are considered to give health benefits, so this combination is a powerful combo of a good healthy drink and taste. - Mango – 1
- Curd – 1/2 litre
- Honey – 2 tbsp
How to make Mango Smoothie
- Wash and peel the mango and take out all the pulp.
- Blend to make a smooth paste.
- Add curd and honey and blend again to mix well.
- Serve mango smoothie immediately
