On a busy day at the office or at home we usually gorge on burgers, fries and cold drinks. We often eat several things and make weird combinations. But we don’t realise how harmful these combinations can be for our health. Sometimes they make us feel heavy and lethargic. Common food combinations such as bread jam, a glass of orange juice with oats are not as good as they taste. They create toxicity in the body and give rise to several diseases and their after-effects are more harmful then we can imagine.
