Mamata Banerjee, the current chief minister of West Bengal, has had a fascinating political journey and she continues to receive its warmth. Separated from the Congress, she formed her party All India Trinamool Congress in 1998 and became its chairperson. Mamata is a firebrand politician, and she somehow manages to remain in the news. Whether it be her speech or her approach in politics, she has been locking horns with the Union government over several issues. You can’t keep chirpy Mamata silent.
