Driven by a passion for theatre and comedy, he ventured to the United States, earning a degree in Economics and Theatre from Knox College, Illinois. Further refining his craft at the Moscow Art Theatre, he returned to India in 2003 to launch his stand-up comedy career. The journey led to roles in films like Namastey London (2007), Delhi Belly (2011), Go Goa Gone (2013), and Badmaash Company (2010). His artistic range expanded with the formation of the comedy rock band Alien Chutney and humorous contributions to magazines like Femina, Maxim, and Tehelka.
