Know About The Shark Tank India Programme

Shark Tank India is a business television program in India that started airing on SET India. The series is an Indian adaptation of the famous American show Shark Tank. It depicts startups giving business presentations to a group of qualified businessmen or sharks who determine whether or not to invest in their firm.

Sony Entertainment Television owned the rights to the Indian version of the American Show and tweeted a video on Twitter announcing the show’s arrival on June 22, 2021. They also began accepting registrations for the show on SonyLIV. On December 20, 2021, Sony TV broadcasted the Indian version of the Shark Tank reality show. The show has been a success, attracting outstanding professionals from throughout the nation. It airs on Sony Entertainment Television at 9 pm on weekdays.

The show involves a board of potential investors, called “Sharks,” who listen to entrepreneurs propose proposals for future businesses or products. These self-made multi-millionaires evaluate the business plans and services presented before deciding whether to spend their own money promoting and advising each participant. The show received 62,000 applications from Indians, with 198 entrepreneurs chosen to propose their plans to the “sharks.”
