- Availability of safety equipment- The company should make sure that the pieces of equipment required for an employee’s safety are always available at the site of work—for example, lab coats/goggles at the lab.
- Regular safety checks- A team should be prepared who regularly check for any faults or problems that can cause accidents. Also, keep a check on the availability of safety pieces of equipment.

- Stress-free environment- Workplace stress is prevalent amongst employees, and it can lead to mental health illnesses such as depression or anxiety. It can also hamper an employee’s overall performance at the workplace. The company should take care that no bullying or discrimination is occurring with anyone. Large firms can hire counsellors for holding sessions to make sure every employee is physically and mentally well.
- Breaks- Employees should be given breaks in between other than lunch breaks not to feel exhausted. Taking a break from screens and sitting in the same place can reduce developing health issues.
- Night shifts- Companies should arrange their transportation services for female and senior employees working night shifts.
