Background
Aman Gupta is a prominent businessman with a lovely family. In 2008, he married Priya Dagar. Two years after marrying Priya, the couple had a beautiful baby named Mia Gupta. They also have a younger daughter, Adda Gupta.
Gupta formed an Indian device solutions firm focusing on audio technology headgear named BoAT. Before co-founding it, he worked as the sales director at Harman International. He was in charge of Harman International’s consumer electronics brands in India, namely JBL, Harman Kardon, and AKG. Harman International has its headquarters in New Delhi.
He also served as a senior management consultant in KPMG’s Strategy Services Group in Gurgaon. Gupta’s initial success was as co-founder and CEO of Advanced Telemedia Pvt Ltd, which assisted in introducing global companies such as Beats Audio, Sennheiser, and Telex to the Indian market.
Education
He attended Delhi Public School (DPS) R.K. Puram before graduating from Delhi University with a degree in Business (Honors). In 2011, Gupta received a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) specializing in general management and marketing from Kellogg School of Management.
He achieved much acclaim through his undergraduate years at Delhi University, where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from 1998 to 2001.
Career
Aman Gupta, as previously stated, is the co-founder and CEO of the iconic Indian musical electronics firm BOAT. The company has established itself in the European marketing business via its employees’ continual effort and hard work.
After finishing his further education, Gupta began working as an Assistant Manager with Citi Bank at its New Delhi Branch in 2003. In the year 2005, he founded his own media firm, Advanced Telemedia Private Limited, with the help of his family and the support of his people. He founded a new firm, Imagine Marketing India, in 2014. He had huge goals and never wanted to give up. Then, in 2016, he co-founded BOAT, his ideal project.
BOAT is regarded as one of India’s top home-grown businesses and lifestyle items. High-quality earphones, headphones, earbuds, speakers, and other electronic devices are among its offerings.
Success
BoAt’s first product was an indestructible Apple charging cord and charger. Since the original Apple cables tend to twist and crack near the ends, BoAt’s designer developed a rigid, braided wire with a 10,000 bend life cycle. People required something that would continue long time and function properly. As a result, the product was groundbreaking. The BoAt cable cost Rs 1,500, far cheaper than Apple gadgets. The most popular item on Amazon was the long-lasting Apple charging cable and charger from BoAt.
During the same year, the company also released boAt BassHeads225. The earbuds have been designed to prevent Chinese goods from being marketed in India.
