It will be a five-day event in which an Indian Air Force aerial display and an effective defence and aerospace trade show will take place.   • The business tickets for Indian nationals will be priced at Rs 5,000, and that for foreign nationals will be $150.

  • The passes for both the air display viewing area (NDVA) and the exhibition are available for Rs 2,500 for Indian Nations, and that for foreign nationals will be $50.

Ban on sale of non-veg food

The Bangaluru local government has ordered the closure of non-vegetarian hotels, meat stalls and restaurants in anticipation of Aero India 2023. The prohibition has been imposed as the non-veg food leftovers in public spaces attract scavenger birds. The presence of these birds may lead to mid-air accidents, as per the local body authorities.

The ban has been put on the serving and sale of beef within a radius of 10 kilometres of Yelahanka’s Air Force Station by the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP). The Bangaluru local authority has ordered the closure of non-vegetarian hotels, restaurants and meat stand in the vicinity of the venue.
