Shruti Sharma: UPSC CSE 2021 topper, secures first rank all India

The UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) released the final results of the 2021 Civil Services Examination on May 30th. Shruti Sharma of Delhi topped the list. Her story is an example of inspiration for people who couldn’t clear the exam. She only failed once, and she bounced back.

This year, female candidates who took the UPSC Civil Services Exam had a fantastic year. In this year’s UPSC CSE 2021 results, the top four female candidates are Shruti Sharma (AIR 1), Ankita Agarwal (AIR 2), and Gamini Singla (AIR 3) and Aishwarya Verma (AIR 4). (AIR 4). Biography of Shruti Sharma

Shruti Sharma belongs to Bijnore in Uttar Pradesh. She attended Cambridge Primary School in Delhi from kindergarten to fifth grade and then Sardar Patel Vidyalaya in Delhi for her secondary schooling.

Shruti Sharma is a St Stephen’s College graduate of Delhi University. At the time of her graduation, she was a History Honours student. Sharma then moved on to Jawaharlal Nehru University to get a Master’s degree in Modern History (JNU).

Meanwhile, she enrolled in the UPSC Preparation Coaching Academy at Jamia Millia Islamia, a residential programme. Here, she discovered her motivation to prepare for the UPSC CSE exam.

What is the UPSC exam procedure?

Sharma received a total of 1,105 points, with 932 points in the written exam and 173 points in the personality test (or interview). Agarwal received 1,050 points, including 871 in the written section and 179 in the interview. Gamini Singla, who came in third place, received 1,045 points (858 in the main and 187 in the interview), while Aishwarya Verma, who came in fourth place, received 1,039 points (860 in written and 1179 in the interview). Utkarsh Dwivedi was ranked fifth with 1,036 points, including 871 in the written section and 165 in the interview.
