Vitamin E is an antioxidant that will remove acne scars. Just use directly on the spots on the face and leave it overnight. Clean it in the morning. Use regularly until the marks are gone.

Vitamin-E oil is an essential fatty acid that is also very beneficial for hair. The chemical alpha-tocopherol present in Vitamin-E improves blood circulation, balances the pH and makes the hair follicles, i.e. the inner part of the scalp, healthy by increasing sebum production in the scalp.

  • If there is makeup or any cream on the skin, clean it. To wash the face with lukewarm water and dry the skin with a soft cloth. Then apply Vitamin-E oil. 
  • If using pure vitamin-E oil or capsules, add one or two drops of vitamin-E oil to 10 drops of jojoba oil or coconut oil. Apply this mixed oil or serum on the skin and massage the entire face in circular motions with fingers so that the skin absorbs it well. 

Leave it on the face for at least 20 minutes. It can be applied once a week. Using it before sleeping at night will also help in reducing acne. But keep in mind that vitamin E should be used daily for the skin. But if there is a skin problem or allergy, first consult a dermatologist.
