In view of the recent complaints that some groups of people have been discriminating against the employees of Air India due to their recent exposure to hotspots of coronavirus for the evacuation operations, the Air India official Twitter handle has tweeted:

The State of Telangana has also declared lockout till March 31, 2020. There are 87 lakh people in Telangana under White Ration Card Scheme, they will be provided with 12 KG rice free of cost and Rs 1,500 each.

Bihar has confirmed two cases, one has passed away, he had a history of travel to Qatar and the second person is a lady who is admitted at AIIMS Patna.
The UT of Jammu & Kashmir has declared March 24th as a Government Holiday, March 23rd and 25th are already holidays in the UT.

Bihar reports its first death. The patient had travelled from Kolkata to AIIMS Patna two days back and was COVID-19 Positive.
ICMR reports that 341 people have so far tested Coronavirus positive in India, so far.
As per the Health Department, Government of Maharashtra total number in the state stands at 74. 6 from Mumbai and 4 from Pune have increased the number by 10.

There is an overwhelming response to Janta Curfew nationwide.
Care is being taken to clear passengers who have arrived during Janta Curfew from Italy on a special Air India flight. The flight landed a few minutes back. All passengers would be taken to ITBP’s quarantine facility in Chhawla, Delhi.
