The news has created a lot of sensation among the users of mobile phones in the last two days after the announcement of its entry in the telecom sector. The people of India were already having a good time with the splendid offers of Reliance’s Jio, but now, the situation is going to take an interesting turn with Baba Ramdev also becoming a full-fledged telecom ruler.

The BSNL will provide low-cost plans to the workers of Patanjali’s main organisations- Bharat Swabhiman Nyas, Patanjali Yog Samiti, Mahila Prakostha, Yuva Bharat and Patanjali Kisan Seva. The Swadeshi Samriddhi sim card holders will also be availed of the benefits of the low-cost plans from BSNL. The entry of Patanjali in the telecom sector with cheap and affordable plans will be tough task for the other telecom companies. Now, it would be really interesting to see how Patanjali moves affect them.

Rs. 144/- plan: Unlimited calls local and STD calls, 2GB data per day and 100 SMSs per day valid for 30 days
Rs. 792/- plan: Unlimited calls local and STD calls, 2GB data per day and 100 SMSs per day valid for 180 days.
Rs. 1,584/- plan: Unlimited calls local and STD calls, 2GB data per day and 100 SMSs per day valid for 365 days.
These sim cards are available for Patanjali employees and bearers for now.
