Vivo X21 smart Phone

Good news for the tech lovers. Vivo, which has already captivated the Indian public with its jaw-dropping range of mobile phones, has recently launched a new product in the Indian market – Vivo X21. It is the latest flagship of Chinese technology company “Vivo” in India. The company wants to take a lead in the smartphone market and therefore, has launched its very “absolute” product named ‘Vivo X21’ this time in India with a price of Rs 34, 990.

Vivo has been associated with a sensor company named Synaptics and had to work closely to add in-display fingerprints sensor in this smartphone. Yes, you are guessing it right! The phone doesn’t have a sensor in the front or back, it is invisible and is present inside the screen. Not only this, the sensor is smart, accurate as well as fast to use. If, by any chance, the sensor is unable to respond (which will rarely happen), then you can surely rely on its facial recognition feature to unlock the device.

Build and design of Vivo X21

The Vivo X21 boasts of a large 6.28-inch super AMOLED display and 3-D curved glass back. The device is accompanied by an aluminium body which actually personifies its uniqueness. You are surely going to fall in love with this phone at the first sight due to the black and shiny finish provided to the device. Another intriguing feature of the phone is its premium look and bezel-less screen.

Coming to the quality of the phone, you will be mesmerized to know that the phone is designed with the top-notch quality material, which is also an another added perk to the phone.

Unique feature- Under display fingerprint sensor

Tech-freaks will be glad to know Vivo has achieved a milestone as the Vivo X21 has fingerprint sensor which resides inside the display is one-of-a-kind. There is a fingerprint-like icon which acts as a guide to intimate you about placing the finger to unlock the device or authenticate an app. The concept of in-screen sensors have been under development for years. Companies like Apple and Samsung have both tried to work on this speculating technology but none of the companies found success except Vivo.

Battery and connectivity

The battery and connectivity of vivo X21 is quite decent. The phone has the power efficient Snapdragon 660 on board so the device can easily last a day with normal usage. Vivo X21 offers 3,200mAh battery and comes equipped with fast charging support and dual engine charging technology.

As far as the connectivity is concerned, the Vivo X21 offers EEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GLONASS, GPS, and dual-band Wi-Fi (2X2MIMO). It has 4G bands with a nano + nano-SIM card setup. The device is also has a FM radio included along with a micro USB port.

Camera

Everybody wants to capture the most amazing happenings in life, because of this, camera has become an essential feature of any smartphone. When we think of best quality cameras in a smartphone, Vivo strikes our mind as it is an eminent brand known for its camera quality. It is sought-after by the public for the cameras. Vivo X21 offers dual cameras, 12 MP + 5 MP setup at the back and 12 MP at the front. Not only this, the camera offers a portrait mode for both front and rear camera. The camera is capable of 4K recording at 30 fps along with a slow-motion recording on the video front as well.

Software

For a quite pleasant user experience, Vivo offers custom FunTouch OS on-board. Though the phone offers Android 8.1.0 version, the whole interface of the phone is heavily inspired by iOS of Apple. There are no notifications dots or previews. Every toggle and setting can be easily accessed in this phone.

As per the latest trends, the mid-range king smartphone is Android-powered Nokia 7 Plus, which has similar features but Vivo X21 surpass it due to the presence of certain features. However, the price of Nokia 7 Plus is less than Vivo X21.

So, will people pay more for the new “unique feature” of Vivo X21 or will continue with Nokia 7 Plus which falls in the mid-range category.
